Jennings Gate is a small community which borders on Major Mackenzie at Jennings Gate road, which is where it gets its name. This neighbourhood is comprised of mansions and Estate homes similar to those found in Cachet-Devil’s Elbow.
Victoria Manor is a much newer development made up of mostly detached and link houses and new homes are still being built today. Link homes are usually connected underground by the foundation and/or connected by the garage. The neighbourhood is home to Sir Wilfred Public School.
